If you are experiencing roll backs on your save files or loading into the game to an older progress, please make sure that:

1. You are connected to a stable internet connection.

2. You are connected to Google Play / Game Center

3. If Sync is turned OFF, please turn it ON.

However, if Sync is turned ON, please turn it OFF and then ON again.

If your sync shows N/A, please refer here for further instructions.

4. Your last sync is the latest date. If it is not, you can do a simple battle. It should be synced after.
