If you are not receiving Knightmail/Division bonus, please check that you are:

1. *Online before leaving the game.

2. *Online when returning to the game.

3. That you were away for at least 5 minutes or more.

* Please make sure that your internet connection is also stable.

If you are still not receiving your Knightmail bonuses, check if you can contribute to your division. 

If you cannot contribute and you are receiving an error message, do let us know.
