You can locate your player ID by double-tapping on the Postknight 2 logo at the bottom of the game screen.
Some text will be copied to your clipboard, which contains your player ID. For example, you might see something like:

When requested by our support team, please paste the entire text to us!
**If you can't enter the game (for example the game stuck at loading), you could double-tap the loading bar to obtain your player ID.
