When you've contributed enough to your division during a season, you will be eligible to receive a reward based on your global ranking. However, you will not receive your Division Rewards automatically.
To claim your rewards, talk to Captain Seraphine again after the season ends! Since we conduct server maintenance between each season, you might have to wait for a few hours after the season ends to be able to claim your rewards.
