For consumable items (gems, coins, etc), please follow the instructions below:
1. Fill in this form.
2. FORWARD your purchase receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email title: Postknight Missing Purchase
Do note that we do not entertain screenshots of the purchase receipts. We have received too many fraud claims.
Someone will follow up on your ticket after you have done all the steps above. Incomplete ticket will only delay your claims.
For non-consumable items (rings, etc), please first try the Restore button in the Settings menu.
To check whether your rings have been restored, please go to your Inventory, where you can find all your rings located:
