For consumable items (gems, coins, etc), please follow the instructions below:

2. FORWARD your purchase receipt to email@example.com with the email title: Postknight Missing Purchase
Do note that we do not entertain screenshots of the purchase receipts. We have received too many fraud claims.
Someone will follow up on your ticket after you have done all the steps above. Incomplete ticket will only delay your claims.
For non-consumable items (rings, etc), please first try the Restore button in the Settings menu.
