If you are not receiving Knightmail/Division bonus like in the picture above, please check that you are:

  1. *Online before leaving the game.
  2. *Online when returning to the game.
  3. That you were away for at least 5 minutes or more.


* Please make sure that you are using a stable WiFi internet connection instead of mobile data.


If you are still not receiving your Knightmail bonuses, check if you can contribute to your division. 


If you cannot contribute and you are receiving an error message, do let us know by dropping us a ticket.


* Please do not uninstall and reinstall the game as you might lose your progress.
